  2. well i usually get stressed when i feel things are out of control

    so i try to get them back in control by making lists of what i have to do  well not all is accomplished but a few giving me the strength to continue and finish

    and like eman said :sometimes i hear loud noisy music but that wasnt very  successful with me :D

  3. STRESS is mostly self inflicted. This means you have the means within yourself, and in your life, to counteract the effects of stress or to remove it altogether. In order to get control over your stress, something in your life mus change. we all live with a certain degree of stress in our lives, but there is a point at which it becomes unmanageable, causing physical and mental illness. BUT there is a point at which it becomes unmanageable, causing physical and mental illness. Something quite important should be figured out at the begainng, Causes of Stress, they can be broken down into external stressors like those things which we have no control over. physical stressors can include a noisy environment, being overly hot or too cold, or feeling confined.

    To manage your stress you need to make some lifestyle changes. And be sure to get enough sleep, allow yourself leisure time to enjoy your hobbies, remove yourself from your environment, either for a few hours or for a real vacation. these all may help!

    You may also try changing some major things in your life. If you are in a job or in a relationship, that causes you more stress than it does enjoyment, it may be time to leave those things behind. Quitting your job may not be so bad if the stress it causes you is likely to lead to a heart attack a few years from now.

    Once you realize what is causing stress in your life, you can implement measures to control it. Controlling stress is not only important for your overall happiness and well-being, but for your health as well.

  6. short term solutions: are temporary in nature

    listening to music of the music progamm in FM

    or listning to Mashari Rashed

    go for a walk in fresh air

    go shopping :O(

    taking a bath is good option too

    listne to the new album of Mounir or Amr Diab.

    long term solutions: are related to adopt a way of life.

    - run on weekly bases, this increase serotonin levels in your brain whicn result in more calm optimistic attitude in general

    - make a schedual for your short term goals you want to acheive. related to study , work, for the next 4 months.

    this will make feel in more control over your life issues. and understand your the location of your actions according to your agenda.

    - give more time for soical interaction with freinds, people with similar interests, like attending siminars. engage my self more with family issues. i mean invest in personal intimate relationships.

    - make a time for my self on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.

    daily- walk read something i like, watching a sitcom i like.

    weekly - go out with friends - go to cinema

    monthly - going to a waterfront resort .. you can say annually O)

    i let what ever they say go threw my ear,and don't talk back to the person cause i know im not gonna get any where with this,and if its something else,i just have to bare in it and hope insha'Allah it goes therw well and Al7amdulilah,its not as worse as it could be.

    no answer

    a combination of too many factors

    two things might help

    first in sujood tn prayers make it a long one with lots of du3a2

    second read quran either from memory or directly try to bring some aayat that bring calmness to your self

    or you can be as extreme as those who smokes ,,,,,so smoke a cig."

  12. By sleeping,,,I sleep 16 h /day,,you can guess now how much I am stressed...lol

    (although it seems like a joke, but sleeping is scientifically is the best way to overcome stress and depression)
