  1. When the login window appears .Click to where the name is and erase it thenput the name you want to use in it.then put a 4 number password in .It worked for me before but it was not xp pro--good luck

  2. You need the Active Password Changer. You can get it from my site at http://support.comstar-computers.com OR you can do like the 1st answerer mentioned and download the ISO but his title was incorrect. MY cd is the Ultimate Boot CD  and does NOT include the password cracker...yet. but the HIRENS 9.x BOOT CD available for free at 9down.com and is roughly 90mb. The actual active password cracker is less than a meg.

Note, you have boot from another source. I use Windows 98's boot cd or Floppy (and then I insert my Active Password Changer floppy or cd in and run it.

The Hirens9.5 has  Vistapwsupport. the 9.2 only goes up to XP.

  3. Sure fire method: Download a .iso image called "ultimate boot disk"

burn it to a disk, pop it in, reboot and go to ntfs tools>password tools

it will let you change or blank out passwords to any account. even admin

it writes directly to the SAM files, without even using windows, its linux based
