  1. i think that u should not run the mile because u look a little chubby and i think it would be best for u and your cellulite to not run it

  3. first off, to do long distance you need to know how to control your breathing. If you can do that, then your all set! well, how i pace myself is, i usually control my breathing, and i run at a fast, but steady pace. Maybe that's what you should do to. Also, if your tired, try NOT to walk. cause if you walk, it will be harder to start up running again.

  4. sprint 40 yards every 300 yards
