How do you paint a Surfboard?

I would like to paint my surfboard spray it if possible also hw do you seal the paint and make it glossy.

Just get basic spray paint, tape off a design you want, and spray away. Be careful with how much you spray on, especially if it's a short board because if you lay down 20 coats it can make the board heavier.

If you want to get detailed, you can buy some Posca Pens at an art store. Those work well, lots of colors..

Get a can of Krylon coating. I have Krylon Crystal Clear. There's also UV protection stuff that will work with a surfboard that's always out in the sun. Good luck!

First, sand the clear gel coat that is on it now, paint, then re seal with gel coat. This is like doing a boat.
