How do you paint over a chalkboard-painted wall?

I'm building a house and thought it would be cool to paint one wall with chalkboard/magnetic paint in the office room. Is this a good idea? If we ever decide we no longer want the wall painted that way, what's the best way to go about painting over it? Is this not a good idea?

  1. I don't know about the magnetic part, but I'd use the KILZ primer to cover the color, then paint a normal top coat.
