How do you paint over horsehair plaster walls?

Use a very thick nap roller or a paint sprayer, but if you use a paint sprayer you need to tape (tape and plastic, of course) off everything else in the room that you don't want paint on.

YOu can rent a sprayer from your local rental place for a fairly low cost.
