First, use a nail setter to push it in a little deep, then spackle over the dimple.  Sand the spot smooth with a fine-grain sandpaper, then paint as usual.

If you want it all over your skin, go ahead, I don't mind.

You know what would be fun? Painting your leg. OH? Is that  why my leg is all pink? hahaha it is! better go wash that off.

**seriously, just put the brush on your nail.  :))
