  1. aww the one thing i have not mastered yet lol i always hit the ball before it hits the ground (vball instincts)

    but yeah you dive place your hand flat on the ground where the ball is going and the ball should bounce off haah


  2. You want your beat the ball to the ground.  You kind of follow it down and then pop it right back up.  You want your hand to "bounce with the ball."  It is really tough to time it right but if you practice you will get it!  

  3. You get really low like you are going to dive. Make sure that you are diving low with your body on the ground and your right arm stretched out in front of you. You will just keep your right arm stretched far out and let the ball hit the top of your hand and bounce off.

    [ use your left hand if you are left handed. =]

  4. dive with your control hand(if your right handed than use ur right hand) reach as far out as you can and lay your hand flat under the ball right as its about to hit the ground

    then try to roll out of it so that you can get up so that other people can get a hit off the ball to make your pancake usefull

  5. Its the same thing as a dive, except instead of hitting the ball with your fist, you use the back of your hand. Go to youtube and type in "volleyball pancake" and watch the first two videos. Hope this helps :)

  6. Dive, and the ball hits the top of your hand.
