How do you pass My Sims star level 5?

I honestly don't like to look online for game cheats because I think the game isnt as fun but I am really stuck on this. I've been on this star level for 4 months already.PLEASE help how do you pass star level 5? on My sims DS. Is there even a next level?

there is no level after 5 that is the last congrats at this point you stop earning stars but there are still new people to meet,  new areas to discover, new sims to meet,and more events coming up!
