How do you pass a sobriety breath test?

You can’t fool a properly working machine. The machine is tested just before your test is done.  You can refuse the test. In most states that is an automatic license suspension and the arresting officer’s testimony may be enough to get you a conviction on top of the auto suspension.  If you fall down and fake being out of it they can take your blood instead.

About the only way to win is to challenge the way the officer gave you the test. Where you properly observed for 20 minutes before the test? Did you smoke before the test? It won’t work because the police are trained on what to do and they document it every step of the way but you can pay a lawyer big bucks to try.

There are absolutely no proven ways to pass a breath test without being sober!  I have seen so many funny ways people have tried this.  This one woman actually tried sucking in butane from a lighter and "lighting" her alcohol out of her mouth.  She was rushed to the hospital with severe burns in her throat and she no longer had any eyebrows.
