i mean if you want to buy something from ebay with paypal do you need to have the money in your bank account and send them your paypal id so they could withdraw it HELP ME steps to pay with paypal on ebay and where do i put the money so they can receive it

Just have the money in your bank account. Make an account with Paypal and they'll guide you through the steps. They'll take a lot of information from you about your bank account and such, but it's 100% safe and SUPER easy. When you buy something on Ebay, you'll click "Pay with paypal" and you'll log onto your paypal account from there and it'll take care of everything! You'll get a receipt in the email and it's fast.
