How do you pay on ebay with a personal check?

1.  Find a seller dumb enough to accept personal checks as a form of payment.

2.  Bid on one of his/her items.  Bid high enough to win the auction.

3.  Get a total amount due, including the item, shipping and any other reasonable charges.

4.  Send the check to the seller or an escrow agent.

5.  Wait for the check to clear.

6.  Finally receive the item.

7.  Think, "Why didn't I just use Paypal or send a money order??"
