  1. heat 8 cups water in the microwave to a boil, then add 4 regular sized tea bags and let steep for 5-10 minutes. Oh and it also helps to add flavoring for tea such as blackberry or cherry.

  2. boil water in a big pan

turn off heat, throw in some tea bags

    chill

  3. I use Lipton COLD BREW bags - 4 pitcher-sized bags to 1/2 gal. water.  It "brews" in 5 minutes on the counter; and you don't get the foam or scum that happens if you brew the tea hot first.  ... You can also add a bag or 2 of Raspberry or Peach ice tea; or add some lemon slices and fresh mint

  4. I have a glass gallon jug I fill with cool water and add 2 large bags of tea, or 4 regular size bags. I put the cover on and set it out in the sun until it is the strength I want it to be.  Then I bring it in , remove the tea bags and put the jug in the frig...wonderful refreshing iced tea. For the 1 or 2 quart serving, do the same, just use 1 tea bag per quart.

  5. Put the tea, either loose or in bags, and the water in the container and leave in the frig for several hours.

  6. tea bags in pitcher hot water stick in the frig.  There's always the sun tea method Place Jar or pitcher in the sun. I can't  taste any difference.

  7. I throw a bunch of tea bags in a pitcher and throw the pitcher out in my yard all day. Come supper time I have Sun Tea like it ain't no thang.
