How do you pierce your own lip without it swelling or getting infected?

well i pierced my lip and nothing happened i just a had a regular needle sanitized it an stuck it thru just follow these instruction

1.If you have a needle sanitize it for about 20-25 mins with alchole or hot water

2. Put alchole on the spot where your qoinq to pierce it thru

3.slowly stick it thru if its yor first time or even if is not

4.Then take the lip earrin and just stick it right thru your lip nd your good to go

5.This is a good tip dont take it out nd put it in your lip and play with it it will get infected like that oh and also clean it out everynight and your lip will be infected frre

Ive pierced my own lip at least 6 times ohready.
None of the time I have done it, has my lip swelled up.
I put ice on it for about 20 minutes, and then I clean off all my
needles//ring or whatever jewelry you are using to put in your lip,
and i take a cotton swab of alcohol and dab it on the spot I am going to
stick the needle through. And whaalaa put it through put the jewelry in, and your good.

I think if you put the needle in really slow, then it'll swell up.
But if you do it fast A) it won't hurt B) it won't swell C) it'll be easier.

Ok so you

1. need to get a clen needel when you but it clean with with hot water let it run for about 5 mins.

2. The lip ring you have clean that too, it dose not matte where you get these things from you always need to clean them.

3. Put ice on you lip ( the place where your pierceing your lip. For 20 min's

4. Check for vein's at shops they have a clamp but if you dont have one use your finger as one.

5. Stick the needel through your lip on the first pirck you should have it half way through

6. keep going till it hits the inside of your lip.

Now in step 5 and 6 you could do it from the inside to out. It hurt's less that way but its really hard to do it.

7. get the stud I would work with a 2.5 mm not a gage because even if you get a size 14 i think is the smallest size it wont go in.

8. Take the needel out slowly have the ring in one hand and slip it though


I've done it many times, on myself and other's. People might say it's not good to do it your self. But if you want somthing done right do it your self. I've got it done prof. and they messed up big time

its going to swell up doesnt matter how its done.
clean it with sea salt water and use a q tip when cleaning the outside.
use ice or anything cold to help with swelling
it takes 3 to 5 days for swelling
it hurts like a b***h for a week.
do it right.
dont hit any veins.
nerve damage is possible, your face will droop if not done right.
and paralyisis is possible.
i had a friend who did theres themself and half her face is paralyzed now.
