How do you plan to grow old?

by being too busy to think about it. after waving goodbye to england forever,  i will be jumping out of airplanes, walking the coast of corfu, taking a microlight flight, growing veg. keeping chickens,  riding my bike, swimming everyday and drinking lots of wine every evening while playing on my x box.

I am already doing it!!

Up to now this is what I have done.  Worn a purple dress, red hat.  Spent my pension on my brandy.  Worn satin sandals and run my walking stick along the railings. Just like this poem!!

With a red hat that doesn't go and doesn't suit me.

And I shall spend my pension on brandy and summer gloves

And satin sandals and say we've no money for butter.

I shall sit down on the pavement when I'm tired

So people who know me are not too shocked and surprised

I agree with you. Live as long as you can and enjoy every minute of your life. People think I have gone daft driving a sports car as I approach retirement age but my TT makes me feel young and happy. Go to the gym, play golf and do the things you want to do and don't take wide advice.

well im an active person, but I do love my computer games

so when arthritis kicks in and i have to give up my outdoor activities, bring on the Playstation

so glad im of the generation that can actually handle games. I would die if all i could do was play chess
