You really need to learn some music theory and if you want to play 7th and +4 and all those chords with added notes, then you need to LEARN HOW TO READ MUSIC, too.

For a F Major 7th... you take the triad (you do know what a triad is, right?) and add the 7th which, in F major would be E, so you are playing a 4 note chord

There are CHORD BOOKS and CHORD CHARTS and I strongly suggest you BUY ONE either that or HIRE A TEACHER.
