How do you play a fruit machine?

I have searched the internet everywhere to try and find a site that would teach me step by step how to play a fruit (slot) machine like the typical arcade ones, but have had no luck...

I just got to say not only is that lady beautiful, she has brains too. Slot machines are just another way to take money from the gullible masses. The only thing that will take your money faster than gambling is those lovely ladies.
