I know its something to see into the furture. But how do you play it?

I think you mean ouiji board.  It's a party game that you supposedly contact spirits with and they move the pointer to spell words or answer questions.  Soem people claim it's real but I know it's never worked when I did it...we just end up moving it ourselves to scare our friends.
