How do you play baseball? I want to play it on Wii Sports?

I don't know how to bat or bowl properly in baseball and want to have a go at it on Wii Sports. I've never played it in real life or watched a game on telly as I don't live in the US and haven't got Sky or taken any interest in it before. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for how to bat and bowl? Thanks for your answers:-)

well theres a key for both of the games. throw your hand very quick...like flick your wrist, dont throw your arms...when pitching just flick your wrist and it goes really fast..if your right handed..for bowling take your cursor to the right a couple of notches and flick your wrist it goes fast and should get you a strike. It takes practice! Have fun. Hope it works! (:

Swing the wii remote like you are hitting, and hit buttons and pretend like you are throwing it to pitch.

on the wii its nothing like playing for real so just hit away its fun i love playing that one
