  2. It is probably saved in a format your DVD player does not support. I can usually burn most downloaded movies straight to a dvd and they'll play just fine. However, avi and mp4 (itunes format) files won't. To get those to play I just upload them into iMovie the burn to dvd. So if they won't read try putting the file into a video editing software like Windows Movie Maker or iMovie.

  3. The best program i recommend you to use is ConvertXtoDVD, like the name it can convert almost every video format into DVD include  DVD Packetized MPEG(.ifo .vob), DVB (Sat) Packetized MPEG(.m2ts .ps .ts), MOV, MPEG, MPG, 3GP, TiVo, WMV, MP4, OGM, NSV, AVS, VC1, MKV, Flash(.FLV), Asf, Camcorder DV tapes, DivX, XviD, AVI, Dvr-mS, RAM, RMVB, RM and more..get it from http://www.dvdtoappletv.org/convert-to-d... , it works perfect for me, well worth the money.
