How do you play suffocation roulette?

I'm not going to play it... cause its the most retarded game ever and people die from it...

I'm just wondering.

This is a game involving a thing called erotic asphyxiation.  Its basically spin the bottle and who ever it lands on has to either have an extremely intense o****m or they .. suffocate./ Asphyxiate trying to do so.  Erotic ashphyxiation is some thing we started coming across more and more often as the cause of death in accidental suicides in my field of E.M.S..  THey, the group s*x scene took it a little further.. i guess a lot farther.  I dont think any of the players of the game actually wants to die but they do sometimes because they think they are immortal.
