How do you play the dragon ball gt tcg?

i bought some dbgt cards and the rulebook is confusing.can somone teach me how to play

I don't even know if it is worth learning bcuz I don't think anyone plays that anymore.

I will be honest with you I learned how to do this a few weeks ago

(Work part time in a crummy game/card shop with no customers Lol but surprisingly good pay :)  

The rules seemed pretty retarded like they were just thrown together spur of the moment there are not really any scales in the cards its either a piece of **** card or a uber god like card they cost a lot to get good cards because no one buys the packs and no one plays

I checked the game out as a fan and to be honest it sucks buying the cards and trying to find people to play the game are a waste of time / money if you are looking for a good card game I would advise you stick with either Yugioh or Magic the gathering much more enjoyable for the amount you put into the cards,,
