You simply just do what you are told. It's like the wario-ware series. For the first one he is invisible, look to the very right and drag your mouse over the right side to find the cookie stealer.

hA hA JUST GOT IT.....ALL THE WAY ON THE RIGHT SCROLL YOUR MOUSE AND ANOTHER PERSON POPS UP AND SAYS OH ****!!!!  THEN GO TO NEXT MISSION....THOSE ARE EASIER AND JUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS.
