I remember times when it was like:

Medvedi, Sibirj, Ikra, Balalaika, Matreshki, Vodka, Beluga and Babooshka with Shapka-Ushanka.

  2. Well people shouldn't immediately think that russians are all bad. For one I'm part russian and have no homicidal feelings and am not evil. Russians are often portrayed as well......... mad of all. I have been called a mad russian numerous times, well.. we are not that bad. Dimitry Mendelev was a russian who invented the periodic table of elements. Tzar Nicholas II was the greatest leader of all time. So many great people are russian! We should be portrayed as inventors, leaders, scientists, artist, composers and more! Hope this in anyway contributed

  4. Well, I think vodka stays, ikra also stays, medvedi for sure (one is a president now), beluga has almost disappeared because there is a lot of ikra, matreshki babooshki and shapki ushanki are for tourist only.

    Todays protarait adds oil, gas, coal, steel, order and maybe a little hope for the russians.

    Thats how i see it.
