How do you post an item to a group / page on Facebook?

Well you have to join the group first.

Sometimes the group administrator doesn't allow anyone to post pictures, if that is so, you cant do anything.

But if the administrator did able it, then there should be a tag line on the group that says Photos. Beneath it are the options Add Photos or See All

Click Add Photos.

Then you can either add photos from your facebook albums or upload them from your computer.
