How do you post things on freecycle?

First you have to see if you have a freecycle group in your area where you live. Go to yahoogroups and type in your city name and then freecycle or recycle. Try both. Some are listed under freecycle and some are listed under recycle.

Join the group that you want and you can start posting..

Craigslist.com is another one you can check out. You can post under the free section there too.

You have to join the local group(s) first.

After that simply post to the offer list.

If you have already joined, log in and go to where it says post.  Type in your offer or want in the message box.

In the subject line, write offer or want, what it is and the first part of your postcode.

If you haven't joined go to www.freecycle.org and then click your location and send in a request to join.
