How do you power the very back windows in a 2008 ford expedition?

the 3rd set of power windows back in a ford expedition, where is the switch to make them open out? there are power switches on the other widows but i cant seem to find out how to make the rear windows open and close

Look in the glove box for the owner / operator manual.

Up on the roof above the rearview mirror. It is co located, if you have one, with the sunroof controls. It is a left and right switch, push it left it opens and right it closes. It is not labled as vent windows but a couple of squiggly lines.
