How do you preform the all blacks haka (New Zealand Rugby)?

ok i've been to new zealand and i've  been to an all blacks game...and it's absolutely nuts! i wouldn't try doing it yourself...it's something sacred to them. It's absolutely unbelievable to watch, but i'd never take a shot at it!

Everyone is pretty much Thaught 'Ka Mate' at primary school.

Yeah, be careful with this one.  The Kiwi's are REALLY touchy about the Haka, especially if someone other than a native New Zealander tries to do it.  I would suggest enlisting the assistance of a friendly rugby-playing Kiwi who will show you the ropes.  I must tell you though, it's a very intimidating show to be up against when your opposing team is a New Zealand team!!
