How do you prepare chicharron de harina?

I just bought a packet of chicharron de harina but I don't know how to cook them. A nice hispanic woman told to fry them, but I need more instructions.

The easisest way is to use a deep fryer.  But if you don't have one you can pan fry them on the stove.  Heat your oil place a few in the hot oil.  Just a few they get really really big.  As soon as they puff up all the way, only takes a few seconds, remove them from the oil.  I like to then srinkle them with garlic powder.  The kids like them with cinnamon and sugar.  I also just read, to sprinkle them with chili sauce and fresh lime juice, that sounds good too.
