I have the ingredients, but don't have the instructions. Sigh. Can someone tell me how to make these veggie burgers from scratch using these ingredients?
1 (16 ounce) package dry chickpeas
1 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon dried thyme
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 cups dry bread cubes
2 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
I also need instructions for freezing and cooking them. I'm new to the vege lifestyle so don't assume I know more than the average bear. :)
