How do you press charges for sexual harrassment and what kind of legal proceeding do you go through and what ?

is the communities reactions to it and should you press charges everytime someone grabs your but, b***s, or privates? I am a woman asking this.

  1. Depends. I think perhaps you ought to let some slide - maybe the guy completely misread signals you were giving him, and thought you were giving him the come on. BUT, if you think he was just being a lecherous d**k, then yes, press charges. It depends on whether you think it was an honest accident, or if he was being a pervert.
