keep in mind that of course he has most likely a good relationship with the judge and other top officials. he also has shot and killed an officer in another county(inside the precinct), choked a teenager in another, internal strife/bickering in public but manages to still get elected police chief in one of the most racist cities on the east coast. this piece of @@!@, needs to be unemployed to say the least...ex:broke leg horse

  1. Very carefully, call in the Feds

  2. Good luck with that one.  You're going to file charges with the police on the police chief?   You'd better have some very strong evidence before calling anyone.  The feds are police too!!  If you have some SOLID evidence I'd try the newspapers or tv news.

  3. You can't.

Charges, in the US, are pressed by the DA, not a private citizen.

All you can do is pass whatever information you have on to the DA.

  4. Being a piece of @@@!@ is not a crime, or even a civil offense of any kind. You need a legal basis to press for his removal from elected office. Do your legal homework, and understand what he needs to hold the office, and what he can be removed for. Check out your state's Public Officers' Law, and your city's laws, and your local police department regulations. If and when you think you have the goods on him, contact the most widely respected local newspaper and discuss your findings with a reporter. S/he will keep you, "the source," confidential if you ask. Good luck.

  5. start a petition to fire him and contact other chiefs from all across the state if ur that deperate to fire him
