How do you prevent an ice cube from melting? Are there any device or ways that i could apply?

Insulate around the cube.

Liquid Nitrogen.

You only have two choices.  Keep it in a cold environment (freezer section, liquid nitrogen), or insulate it.  Insulating it is really the same as the first choice--it just creates a very small, tight cold environment.

If the ambient temperature is warmer than the ice cube, there will inevitably be a heat transfer.
