How do you prevent butterflies on a rollercoaster?

im going to magic mountain but im too scared because i hate getting butterflies on roller coasters!! how do i prevent them hellp pleez!!!!

You cannot prevent them....even if you are not scared they still come....it is something natural internally....i think it is some kind of warning to your brain because it happens when you are falling and stuff..

are you kidding? butterflies just make it better! for me anyway, its like you get nervous but theres nothing to be nervous about, it makes it funner...but if u want a more normal answer then, after you go on one rollercoaster the next is easier, just remember how fun the rollercoaster is, scream loud, an hav fun!! after a while you dont get butterflies anymore

i went on a huge roller coaster and right before it would plunge down i would hold my breathe.i had a lot of fun and went on it over and over again.

P.s i hate the butterflies too!!
