  1. have some rests evey 10 munits

  2. STRETCH!!....before and after you run. This will help a a lot.... and keep yourself hydrated after you're done.  Cut out the pills as well..

  3. stretch before and after and make sure you hydrate more than you have.  Start eating pasta at night also.

  4. quit overtraining,,, strech well prior to running

  5. you should warm up properly before you begin your exercise

  6. make sure to stretch ALOT before and after you run. pills wont work. also drink lots of fluids

    hope it helps :D

  7. Potassium helps a lot with sore muscles because it helps regulate your water balance. Eat a banana before or after you run. Also, fill a tub up with water and a lot of ice and sit/ stand in it for about 10 minutes after you run. This really helps. Of course proper stretching before and after helps prevent soreness as well. Also, after a fast workout make sure you run a slow cool-down for about a mile.

  8. NO PILLS.

Yes, stretching thoroughly before a run will ease the pain. Also, what do you mean by "overtraining?" Perhaps you need to ease off a bit, and gradually work up to a longer run?

  9. I agree with Sporks. Do stretches before and after. (Thats what i do).

Bring your leg up behind your back and touch your but, hold it, bring it back. That makes them feel SO good.

    Good luck.

  10. Walk some after running. slow down and wind your body down

  11. COLD BATH AND MAKE SURE TO WARM DOWN

  12. try stretching more,,,and if that does not work...I suggest you see a doctor,,,,, My son has been complaining about the same thing,,,,so we were rubbing all these different cream on....different pills...you name it we try it...until finally we took him to the doctor....and the shoes he was wearing was wrong...that could be one of the problem,,,,he also have to put special heels in his shoes before running...

  13. Good stretch, warm-up before, cool-down afterward.

  14. Don't overtrain, take a break and let your body rest. Make sure that you are eating healthy and drinking enough water. Stretching would help you, do it both before and after a run. Typically the pain and soreness will go away after you have been running awhile and your body has adjusted to things. You just have to make sure that you are getting enough rest between runs.
