How do you prevent screen prints from cracking especially on jerseys & shirts?

Wash it it cold water, inside out.  Let hang dry--do not put in dryer.   +++

try washing them inside out and let them hang dry.

Don't put them in the dryer on high heat.

These things are hard to keep in "like new" condition.  It seems they inevitably crack or stick together.

Before you wear the shirt,and also before you wash it, turn it wrong side out, put it in the dryer for several minuets, then you can wear it or wash it, which ever you prefer

ummm... the inside out sounds about right but you can also buy the like 80 shirts of the same thing???? lol jk no u but them inside out and wash them then hang them up or you can hand wash them like they did in the pilgramage.

The print cracks because of exposure to heat, which the shirt will encounter while wearing, in the washer, dryer, and sun. Wash on gentle cycle in cold water and hang dry in a cool place. Avoid folding or bending the print, especially when warm. Over time, the ink will eventually dry up and get harder, even with limited exposure to sun and heat. At which point, cracking is inevitable, but you should be able to keep it in good condition for a few years.
