  1. Swing inside to out and make sure the back of your left hand is facing the target.

  2. No links from me.......Lessons from a teaching pro will cure your slice.  Practice the drills the pro gives you and you will be slice free.  Advice from someone who has not seen what is actually causing you to slice (there are several factors that could be coming into play here) is worthless as peanuts in a can.

  3. You have to hit the ball with your club face square.  Slicing is caused because of it being open.  Turn your club head in slightly at address if you are continually slicing and it should be more square at impact.

  4. I have the same problem 2 weeks ago. That's why I signed up for golf lesson in Golf Galaxy for $99 for 4 lessons. Just after the first lesson I notice a big different on my golf swing.  The instructor/pro record/video my first swing and right away he knowns the problem the grip and swing. Just hearing the impact of the ball on my driver is way different before I went for a lesson. Its nice reading all the advice over here, but doing it by yourself is harder to follow. I advice you to get a lesson right away. You won't regret it.

  5. take a lesson from a pro that can show you how to properly grip the club, address the ball and swing.  Then practice at the driving range about 5 hours a day.

  6. put a spot on your balls before hitting them that will leave a mark on your club head.

if you are hitting the ball right of center, the ball will slice.

Then you know to shuffle your feet a half inch closer to the ball.

  7. A slice can only be caused from an out to in swing path with an open clubface.  Those two factors have to be present for you to slice.

Make sure your club face is square or even closed at address - when trying to cure a problem it sometimes helps to exaggerate the solution so that you can actually see the effect of this.

The shorten your back swing and practice hitting in to out.

Do this slowly and often and do not revert to a full swing until it feels natural.

    Good Luck

  8. try twisting the face of the club a little to the left

  9. To slay the beast, you must understand it.  A slice is the result of an open clubface at impact.  HOW the face gets to that point is anyone's guess (alignment, grip, swingplane, etc.)

I would strengthen your grip at address dramatically and hit shots until you are hooking the ball consistently.  Then work backwards from there.  It is generally believed that a hook is easier to fix than a slice.

Then go get a lesson or five.

  10. a quick fix i used in highschool golf team says was to have my right foot toes paralle to my left heel or arch of my foot(right handed)  this prevent you from having an over thtop swing and a more of an inside out swing.  it helps doesnt cure depending on hopw bad you r slice is.  just focus on making an inside out keep the right elbow close to the body.  try hitting the inside of the golf ball facing you.  i know this is a lot of stuff try them all at seperate times, not all at once one or two of them will work.  the stance is more of a temporary fix thing while the others are things that should be done all the time.  good luck

  11. solding swing and try not to kill the ball just put it in front of the club

  12. try and move your arms out more towards your front leg and open your head faster

  13. there is a golf swing guide out there that can eliminate your slice.
