How do you price out and bid on jobs as a commercial cleaning service?

  1. Never bid it out by the hour, but but the square footage.  You haven't given enough information to be more precise because there is a basic calculate/formula chart, but depending on what type of commercial cleaning there may be add ons.

    It is a lot simpler to bid, say, a real estate office than a car dealership, where every month or two you would be waxing the all the floors.  And once or twice a year stripping and waxing.
