How do you print a coloured image in black and white in microsoft word (home edition)?

  1. When you get ready to print, go to the upper left hand

    corner, click 'file, then click 'page setup', then click

    'properties'

    When you get that far, there will be little icons for

    black and white or color. Just click on the black and

    white icon and you're all set.


  2. when you click on print in the file menu or use the  icon on your toolbar, you will get a window with a ton of options on it.  near the bottom left corner of this window, you should see a radial (circle) button that says color or grayscale.  selecting grayscale will print b&w or you can see if there is a button to push on your printer.

  3. It depends on your printer and what options it has. Look for greyscale in the first place. If there isn´t any such option look for B/W or something like that meaning black and white.
