You've no reason to stick out, we have a multicultural workforce and population here.

Just enjoy yourself, keep your valuables in front of you, (in the major areas like Oxford Street, unfortunately, there are still pickpocket gangs, usually youngsters) and don't stand looking at a map in the middle of the street.

People who constatntly look up at the buildings in awe, etc are easy to spot for the 'naughty' people.

Have a great time, be sure to have some pie and chips while you're at it. :)

Gat as in cat with a G sound like in 'gato' and wick like the way you say a candle wick (no idea how to spell that) in only 13 been there four times and they all speak like 'nex sto brocenhu' (next stop brockenhurst) trust me you will be just fine :)
