How do you program a remote craftsman garage door transmitter?

I have the receiver programed, but can't get the remote to work

If it is a learn type, you have to push the learn button on the receiver, then aim the remote and push the open button until it flashes.

You can go on line and get other model instructions.

Google will help on this. I downloaed the instruction for mine.

Depending on age, try removing the battery cover and you may see a bunch of small pins. Match the pin placement with the code on on the opener and it should work.
