How do you program an extension name on a Nitsuko 92573 telephone?

Question

There is about 50 buttons on this phone and I figured out what they all do, but there must be a key combination that allows you to set the extension name. I've seen a telecom worker do it from one of these phones before so I know access to our PBX is not necessary. Any ideas?

go out to the website and see if there is any info for that. and if not call the company that installed the phone system.
