How do you program the remote.?

i need to program a directv universal remote to control a go-video vr3930. any help would be great thanks.

Your instruction manual for the Directv receiver should have all your remote codes in it. Follow the instruction for manually inputing the code. If you do not have a listing for GoVideo then try the code search instructions.

If that doesn't work then you'll have to contact Directv if it is a Directv brand receiver. If it is not a Directv brand receiver then contact the manufacturer. Look on the website under service and support. IF there isn't service and support try the "contact us" link.

You might be out of luck. You may have to get yourself a nice universal programmable remote like the Logitech Harmony series or Philips Pronto, or Universal Remote Control.
