I'd be in agreement with the above answers apart from the ending...

We tend to pronounce the "te" at the end of "failte" as "chaa".

So that gives you...

Kayd Meelah Fallchaa

However that could be a dialectal anomoly...

For such a small island, we have quite a number of dialects.
