How do you pronounce Sasha Artemev's last name?

Question

I hate it when half the people pronounce it like Ar-Tee-mav, while other's pronounce it like how it's spelled. They do the same with Nastia Liukin. It's either LUKEN, or LIUKIN. It's annoying,

Sasha and Nastia are my two favorite gymnasts,

I know how to pronounce Nastia's las name, but not knowing the pronunciation of Sasha's bothers me. : )

I pronounce it as "Arr-teh-mev" and "Lu-ken"

If I am incorrect, then please enlighten me. =)
