How do you pronounce the Vietnamese soup called 'Phở'?

I'm too embarrassed to order it at my local Vietnamese because I don't know how to say it properly! I looked on Wikipedia but I still didn't really get it.

The only way is to listen to a native because of that tone mark ? above the o.

Viet  -  English

ô        oh

Æ¡        uh

Without that tone mark, the name of the dish would be phÆ¡ and should be pronounced fuh.  Again, listen to a native for the correct pronunciation.
