Or-lee is how it is pronounced, I like spelling Orli, but I really prefer, Orla or Orlagh those are my favorite because they seem less awkward than Orli, they just seem right since they are pronounced with an a sound at the end, Orli is really popular but not in North America, Orlagh (Orla) seems like it would blend in better as a north american name...btw meaning of these names are light

Personally I dislike all three variations of the name, they remind me of the area around the nipple Areola

Well Aurelie (with an acute accent over the first e) is a French name  pronounced o-Ray-lee. I would pronounce Aurli and Aurlie as or-lee, although I have never seen those names. I quite like Aurelie.
