How do you properly pronounce the scottish surname, Maclldowney?

I am Scottish with Irish roots and that name is of Irish origin, to be honest though I have never known anyone with it but one of my pals back in Scotland is called Angela Macllhinney and that is pronounced mackle hinnay so I would think the pronunciation of Maclldowney would be mackle downey.
