  1. brush it everyday with toothpaste and soak in listerine when not in use.

  2. Every morning (after you take it out) you should use a toothbrush and scrub it with antibacterial soap.  Rinse thoroughly.

  3. okayy, get like a bucket of hot water and soak it in hot water and a little but of mouthwash for like 10 minutesss.

    when you are donee,

    take it out and

    youre donee!

  4. I just brush mine with toothpaste and water about every other day.

  5. a toothbrush (with soft bristles) and toothpaste is fine, just every night.

Not in hot water!! it can melt the material. cold water is fine.

  6. I don't recommend this approach but my daughter often leaves hers in her pants pocket and it goes through the wash. It tastes like detergent but at least it's fully cleaned.

  7. Use a weak 1 to 5 (1 part peroxide to 5 parts water) solution of peroxide and water, soak ten minutes and brush thoroughly...then rinse.

    Once per day.

  8. brush them with ur tooth brush and put them in a plastic cup mixed with regular listerine and water everyday.

  9. I used to pop mine out and brush it every time I brused my teeth. Who wants a dirty retainer in a clean mouth lol? I would also fill a cup up with Listerene every day or two and let it sit for five minutes. I don't know if you're supposed to do that or not, but it didn't harm mine at all and it made it minty fresh ;-) I suppose denture tablets would work too.

  10. a few times a week or even every day.

and wash it in water with these tablets for dentures that dissolve in the water.

literally just put water in the cup and the tablet. and leave the retainer in for however long, whenever you dont have to wear it, and ta da!

    hope i helped.

  11. I wash mine every night before putting it in.

I brush it like I brush my teeth.

Put toothpaste on brush and wet the brush with water and then brush the retainer on both sides and rinse well to get the toothpaste off.
