Simply ask her father for her hand in marriage.  If he gives you his approval, then proceed to ask her directly for her hand in marriage and then let your parents know and tell her to inform her family and then rejoice!!  It will be a beautiful day and beautiful memory for you both and for the rest of your life!!!

I live in Toronto, and maybe it's because alot of the Arabs I meet are westernized to a degree, but I would talk to her father (if you've spoken to him before that would be great...even if you are nervous, it would help your relationship with her parents greatly); then travel to Toronto and do the whole down on one knee thing.

If her parents live in Toronto, that's great.  You could visit here, and buy them a gift to show that you respect them as well (gifts = respect?  eh, it's their culture).  

Toronto is an interesting city...although alot of the citizens are born in other countries, we will for the most part adopt Canadian cultures.

You would ask her to marry you and if she accepts you would need to apply for a K-1 fiance(e) visa in order to bring her the US. After shes there you would need to be married within 90 days and then file for an adjustment of status.
